Late night show
Welcome to the late night show, everybody!
Our first guest tonight is the famous blogger, Eva. She is here to tell us about surviving a literal shipwreck and spending a month stuck on a deserted island.
Let's hear it for Eva! Eva, thank you for being here. Walk us through it—how did you survive?
[Verse 1 - Eva]
Look at me now, yeah, I’m here on the couch,
Let me tell you the truth, let me spell it all out.
You think island life is a breath of fresh air?
It’s a mind-numbing trap when there’s nothing out there!
You got twenty-five hours and nothing to do,
No gossip, no drama, no updates for you.
Every day is a blur, it’s a copy-paste trip,
Just staring at the ocean, biting my lip.
You think it’s a dream to go off the grid?
I was losing my mind, yeah, I really did!
[Pre-chorus]
I mean, seriously guys, imagine the quiet.
No Spotify drops, just a pelican riot.
No bingeing a show, no plot to discuss,
Just a big red sun making so much fuss.
Sunrise, sunset, exact same view...
But I held my ground, and I pushed right through!
[Chorus]
I survived! I made it out!
Strong and free, without a doubt!
Beat the wild, I won the fight,
Back to the progress, back to the light!
World of tech, moving fast,
Primitive living is in the past!
Back to the real world, loud and grand,
Where a woman is equal to any man!
Yeah, I’m back. I run the game.
Real world living, I stake my claim!
[Verse 2 - Mike]
Hey Eva, I caught your late show on TV.
I sat there in shock—are you kidding me?
You told the whole world you were out there alone!
Like I wasn't the one building our island home.
Who built the palm roof? Who caught fish in the bay?
Who started the fire at the end of the day?
Not a word 'bout our romance, the nights by the sea.
Now they think you survived without help, without me!
I'm hurt and frustrated, you messed with my mind.
I thought you were magical, one of a kind.
